IT Audit Consultant- Equities E-Trading
Our client has a need for a senior consultant with strong knowledge of equities eTrading, ability to read object oriented code (Java preferred) with good data analysis and documentation skills. They will be tasked with reviewing and analyzing the selected eTrading systems from a risk/controls perspective. This is a Tech focused audit role for which requires the ability to test application controls, review code logic and conduct code walk-throughs.
The consultant will be assisting with needs around control effectiveness testing and system design review validation (comparing code samples to design specifications and information provided during system walk throughs).
This organization is focused on reducing technology risk and enhancing the firm's overall control environment by: reviewing and testing I.T. applications, making recommendations to introduce or improve controls; assisting with firm technology projects and supporting senior management in incident analysis and follow-up.
