Java Developer

Genesis10 Plano, TX (Onsite) Contractor
$58.00 - $68.00/Hour

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Project Manager, Architects, and other technology teams to implement web services to solve mission-critical business challenges in Payments and Transfer services domain
  • Design, build, and maintain integrations for multiple on-premises and/or cloud systems and must be capable of understanding business requirements, developing, testing, deploying the integrations and have the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders; support personnel, architects, testers, and server admins

Job Requirements:

  • Requirements:
    • Knowledge and experience with middleware applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Maven, Eclipse, and Oracle
    • Implementation of RESTful services using Java J2EE, Spring Core, Spring Boot, jBoss, Generic collection framework, Exception Handling, and Multi-threading
    • Knowledge of Spring Batch using JPA and Hibernate
    • Experience of working with Relational DB such as Oracle
    • Knowledge of Object-oriented design, different design patterns, and their implementations
    • Hands-on working experience with Java testing frameworks (Junit/Mocks/Powermock)
    • Proficient in DevOps tools: Eclipse, Git/Bitbucket, Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube
    • Great communication skills - both oral and written
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
